Hello my name is Nina Ameli and I am a second year pharmacy student. I chose to join this trip because I am a travel bug and have never been to east Asia and it is a place I have always wanted to visit. Another reason why I chose to go on this trip was to travel with my classmates in a different country. I am most excited about the food and meeting the people. I have heard that Thai people are some of the nicest people in the world. I am also intrigued by how pharmacy is done in Thailand and learning how the different cultures practice healthcare. My concerns with traveling to a country that doesn't have access to clean water is getting sick and also the humid weather since I am AZ born and raised I only know the dry heat.
